My bike has had a full tune up. It now has a new chain.( Took mine to the bike shop. That is Tom in the background changing his own chain), I have had my hair trimmed by a very large young trainee with false nails. I have walked up to a Safeway Supermarket, and am loaded up with supplies. My head torch has new batteries and I have a new gas canister for my tiny cooking device. It has been over 100 degrees today, so I will get up and start cycling at first light tomorrow. This motel has air conditioning, and I have been using it!
